Replacement road fund licences are the responsibility of Parkway Contracts. We will issue your replacement tax discs to your work address unless instructed otherwise.

If you have not received your new tax disc with 5 days of the renewal date, please contact us on:

Fixed penalties

It will be the responsibility of the hirer to incur any charges arising from fixed penalty and traffic offence notices.

Vehicles are registered to Parkway Contracts and we will therefore be sent the penalty notice relating to your vehicle.

By law we are required to forward any details that the authorities require.

In the event of any prosecutions arising from the hirer’s failure to pay any fines, Parkway Contracts will seek reimbursement and may also impose an additional administration fee.

MOT

If your contract runs beyond three years, you will be responsible for a replacement MOT certificate.

You may keep a copy of the certificate for your own records, but Parkway Contracts must be sent the original document.
